Who we are?

NERC is an elite, C-Suite-led organization run like a real-world investment firm. We recruit TCU's Neeley School of Business most ambitious students and provide the advanced training, resources, and network necessary to place them in top-tier finance careers.

Advanced Training

We supplement Neeley's strong academic foundation with intensive, practical training. Our mandatory weekly curriculum focuses on the hard technical skills—from advanced financial modeling to technical analysis—that are prerequisites for top-tier finance roles.

We replace passive membership with active accountability. Our members function as true analysts within a firm structure, executing weekly research projects and reporting directly to C-Suite leadership, fostering professional maturity and resilience.
